📋 Description

• Input large batches of alphanumeric data, customer files, or inventory logs into databases and spreadsheets daily • Compare logs and digital inputs against original source documents to identify and correct mistakes • Resolve data discrepancies, flag missing details, and update outdated records • Handle sensitive financial, customer, or personal records securely while following strict data privacy protocols • Prepare relevant reports as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven administrative or high-volume data entry experience • Exceptional focus, time-management capabilities, and strict adherence to data privacy protocols • Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy • Accuracy in organizing and storing relevant documentation • Strong computer skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
