📋 Description

• Lead the transaction process from LOI to closing for acquisitions of new network companies • Draft, review, and independently negotiate transaction agreements • Manage multiple aspects of day-to-day transaction execution • Draft and review letters of intent and related agreements • Oversee the closing process for newly acquired entities • Take substantial responsibility for closing M&A and related transactions • Conduct due diligence reviews • Delegate tasks to paralegals and other support staff • Teamshares acquires and integrates businesses, operates subsidiaries, and helps employees earn company stock

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of M&A experience • Experience drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions • Experience conducting due diligence for M&A transactions • Experience evaluating and analyzing potential acquisitions and partnerships • Strong drafting and analytical skills • Great attention to detail • High level of organization • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects
