📋 Description

• Provide IT support to client administrators and end-users, focusing on phone services support and configuration changes • Communicate with clients by phone, email, or chat • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success before and after sales • Handle ticket requests • Participate in projects critical to the team’s and clients’ success during the six-month internship

🎯 Requirements

• Recent university diploma or graduation within the next 12 months • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) • Self-managed, proactive, organized, and technically curious • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and technical leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a diverse/global team environment • Passion for learning and helping others • Ability to work from home with a quiet workspace • Computer and headset in good working order • Availability during office hours Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM CST
