📋 Description
• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices. • Track sprint progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. • Support pre-sales and project scope definition efforts. • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of project management experience. • 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills. • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Office 365. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. • CSM or PMP certification is a plus.
