📋 Description

• Own supply chain and operations projects from diagnosis through implementation • Define project scope, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver lasting results • Drive cross-functional initiatives across commercial, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams • Translate operational complexity into business decisions and recommendations • Define KPIs, establish metrics, and create leadership visibility • Improve S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning processes • Build sustainable planning frameworks and governance • Identify root causes of operational issues • Perform hands-on data work, system configuration, and operational analysis in ERP or APS systems when needed • Use Power BI or equivalent tools to visualize findings and communicate insights • Deliver structured presentations, reports, and dashboards that support decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or consulting • Track record of leading projects • Depth in at least one area: S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data Management, or Operations • Consultant's mindset and ability to frame problems before proposing solutions • Demonstrated project management capability • Analytical fluency and ability to use data to build arguments • Working knowledge of an ERP and/or APS • Familiarity with AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms • Strong written, verbal, and visual stakeholder communication • Experience in or alongside pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments preferred but not required • Experience navigating global or matrix organizations • Experience participating in an end-to-end supply chain transformation • PMP is a plus, but not required • Must be located in Boston, MA or remotely within the Eastern Time Zone
