📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Player ID, from product strategy and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and iteration • Focus on soccer as the core market • Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Product, and Product Engineering to turn complex player data and models into actionable product experiences • Bring proven legacy capabilities into the Teamworks platform • Shape the product experience, roadmap, and packaging • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Success to understand the market and scale Player ID across global soccer markets • Engage directly with club analysts, scouts, and sporting directors to understand workflows and validate the product • Scale Player ID, Teamworks' soccer talent identification product, into the broader global market

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product management experience owning and shipping a product used by external customers • Technical fluency across raw data, models, APIs, workflows, and front-end experiences • Experience owning a product end to end in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience with product strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption, and iteration • Strong product judgment and ownership of outcomes • Ability to influence without authority and align data, engineering, and commercial partners • Experience using product analytics, including usage data, funnels, feature adoption, and retention • Experience adapting technical or data-rich products to new industries or specialized markets • Professional soccer experience and experience building products supporting scouting, talent identification, recruitment, or squad planning are advantageous • Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment is advantageous • Real world experience using AI tools in product work is advantageous • Legal right to work in the indicated location without employer sponsorship now or in the future
