📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of six • Manage team priorities, workload, escalations, and deliverables • Perform hands-on Radiant build, configuration, and technical support for approximately 50% of the role • Serve as an escalation point for complex Radiant build and workflow issues • Support ongoing Radiant projects, optimization, testing, upgrades, and production needs • Partner with Radiology, clinical stakeholders, IT leadership, and other application teams • Support the broader Cupid rollout where Radiant and Cupid workflows intersect, as needed • Ensure strong communication and coordination across the team and key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active Epic Radiant certification required • 5+ years of hands-on Epic Radiant experience • Prior experience leading or mentoring a team • Strong hands-on Radiant build, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization experience • Ability to effectively balance team leadership with hands-on technical work • Experience supporting a large, complex health system or academic medical center strongly preferred • Must be available to work PST hours • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Current Epic Cupid certification preferred • Hands-on Cupid experience, particularly with workflows that intersect with Radiant, preferred • Experience supporting a large-scale or multi-hospital Cupid rollout preferred

• 6-month initial contract with extensions anticipated through 12/31/2027 • Minimal travel; approximately 1–2 trips per year for up to one week
