📋 Description

• Review, organize, and maintain health information records and documentation • Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Process requests for health information in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations • Maintain electronic records and document management systems • Assist with data entry, record updates, and information tracking activities • Ensure records are properly classified, stored, and maintained • Support internal audits and quality assurance activities • Monitor record retention and document management procedures • Collaborate with internal teams regarding information management processes • Prepare reports and documentation as required • Maintain confidentiality and security of protected information • Perform additional administrative and health information management duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate degree or coursework in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Administration, or a related field preferred • Minimum 1 year of healthcare administration, medical records, health information management, administrative support, or related experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly • Reliable high-speed internet connection
