📋 Description

• Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner • Communicate with patients to gather necessary information and verify insurance coverage • Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into our scheduling system • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary instructions or information • Collaborate with healthcare providers and office staff to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth patient flow • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and software updates • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred • Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferred • Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule • Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
