📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer and close • Source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels • Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the process • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities • Provide coaching and support to improve interviewing and hiring practices • Drive a strong candidate experience from start to finish • Manage offers and close candidates effectively • Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS (ADP) • Support new hire onboarding processes, including coordination between Recruiting, HR, and IT to ensure a seamless day one experience • Deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Fill roles quickly without sacrificing quality • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers • Act as a reliable, solution-oriented resource to the business

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience in high-volume or service-based recruiting preferred • Strong sense of urgency and ownership • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities • Solution-oriented mindset with a figure it out approach • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred
