📋 Description
• Answer and track incoming calls • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems • Accurately record all details in accordance with procedures • Conduct database and open-source research • Route and escalate calls appropriately • Perform other duties as assigned • Review, analyze, and document sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance • Support the client's operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of call center experience • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate degree preferred • Ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience handling sensitive information • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Commitment to service excellence
