📋 Description

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and Boolean search techniques • Review resumes, qualify candidates, and coordinate pre-screening • Maintain recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM) • Shadow recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate interviews • Support proposal staffing and government contract recruiting efforts • Draft job postings, outreach campaigns, and candidate communications • Learn federal contracting recruiting workflows, compliance requirements, and documentation practices • Participate in weekly mentorship, recruiting strategy discussions, and performance feedback sessions • Gain exposure to business development and operational support functions within the government contracting industry

🎯 Requirements

• Active-duty U.S. service member approved or eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program • Ability to commit to a full-time SkillBridge internship of up to 180 days • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based tools • Professional demeanor and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment • Background in recruiting, including translating military qualifications to civilian roles, coordinating personnel actions, managing candidate or member records, or supporting onboarding and placement activities is highly valued
