📋 Description

• Support federal portfolio managers throughout the R&D lifecycle, including requirements generation, technology scouting, solution identification, project execution, transition, and performance assessment • Coordinate Integrated Product Team meetings and Component engagements • Prepare agendas, read-ahead packages, minutes, action items, white papers, quad charts, and executive briefings • Enter, maintain, extract, analyze, and summarize RDT&E-need information in the client’s CRM, workflow, requirements-tracking, and reporting systems • Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution activities, budget proposals, spend planning, and funding documentation • Respond to data calls, consolidate inputs, establish metrics, create dashboards, and track schedule, cost, performance, risks, and deliverables • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, public policy, engineering, economics, or a related discipline • At least 10 years of federal portfolio, program, project, acquisition, requirements, or R&D-support experience • Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, white papers, dashboards, and decision-support products • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and data-analysis tools • Excellent analytical, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills • Must meet security eligibility requirements
