📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications (React, Node.js, AWS) • Lead AI tool integration and automation initiatives aligned to business goals • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate ambiguous needs into clear technical solutions • Work with third-party APIs, AI tools, and emerging technologies to unlock new capabilities • Contribute to architectural decisions, tech stack evolution, and process improvements • Prioritize ruthlessly: Focus engineering time on the initiatives that move key metrics • Mentor teammates and help level up the teams technical acumen • Own the release cycle, QA practices, and version control hygiene • Engage directly with business stakeholders to ensure tech is solving the right problems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (React, Node.js) • Strong experience building and integrating AI tools into existing systems • Ability to turn business problems into AI-powered solutions • Comfort working autonomously, with a clear sense of prioritization • Experience working in fast-paced, venture-backed environments preferred • Familiarity with the unique demands of financial services or venture capital is a plus • Excellent communication skills able to translate technical into business impact • A builders mindset: proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented
