• Develop discipline knowledge through hands-on project experience, feedback, training, and mentorship • Prepare and update Revit models, sheets, narratives, calculations, drawings, and documentation • Support coordination by incorporating redlines, resolving straightforward modeling issues, and identifying basic conflicts across disciplines • Participate in discipline, project, engineering, coordination, and daily-huddle meetings • Maintain model health, organization, links, worksets, view templates, and consistency according to BIM standards • Perform early QA and basic clash detection reviews • Document design decisions, coordination updates, project changes, standards clarifications, and client-specific requirements • Maintain task tracking, time entries, and expense entries across TEECOM tools • Coordinate with cross-discipline teams and communicate project status, risks, and design questions • Support site visits, existing-conditions verification, contractor submittal reviews, diagrams, schedules, product research, and early specifications under appropriate supervision • Assist with Navisworks or ACC coordination workflows and suggest improvements to templates, views, tools, and workflows • Provide informal guidance to Designer I team members; no supervisory responsibility
• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation • Experience with coordination or field exposure supporting construction or site activities • Experience maintaining Revit model structure, including links, worksets, view templates, and model organization • Familiarity with basic clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) • Ability to produce accurate models and drawings with minimal rework, follow established workflows, and incorporate feedback efficiently • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects • Growing knowledge of technology systems and basic engineering principles • Ability to perform introductory calculations, research, or product evaluations with guidance • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD • Working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub • Eligible to work in the United States; TEECOM is unable to sponsor visas • Industry certifications such as EIT, CDT, and introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications are preferred but not required
• Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed • Remote work environment for approximately 75% of work • Occasional travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or inspections • Approximately 25% of work occurs at client sites, including construction environments and existing facilities
