📋 Description

• Deliver complex, multi-discipline projects and serve as a trusted subject matter expert. • Lead discipline-specific design efforts and ensure coordinated, high-performance project delivery across teams. • Document client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards. • Collaborate closely with Group and Team Leads to ensure consistent application of standards. • Cultivate strong client relationships by serving as a trusted technical advisor. • Mentor engineers and production team members by providing technical guidance and design reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical experience. • 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with strong discipline-specific capability. • Demonstrated experience delivering coordinated, high-quality designs and making sound decisions within your discipline. (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage) • Ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight. • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination requirements. • Experience contributing to documentation updates, design standards, and QA/QC workflows through GitHub or similar platforms. • Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub. • RCDD (Telecom/ICT) — preferred • EIT — plus • PE — plus • CCNA — plus • CDT — preferred • PMP — plus
