📋 Description

• Lead enterprise integration initiatives that align systems, processes, data, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency • Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement integrated business processes • Improve data quality and deliver scalable technology solutions • Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to enhance dashboards and reporting solutions • Lead system integration projects across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms • Define business requirements, integration approaches, data flows, and solution designs • Support implementation and ongoing execution of enterprise data governance standards and policies • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to maintain master data integrity and consistency • Lead cross-functional integration projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support • Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field • MBA preferred • Extensive related experience, typically 8-10 years • Proven experience with ERP implementations and system integrations • Experience with data governance frameworks and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Knowledge of enterprise business processes and system integration concepts • Understanding of financial operations, reporting structures, and business data models • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and enterprise application ecosystems • Knowledge of data governance principles and information quality practices • Experience in business process improvement methodologies • Project management and change management principles • Reporting, analytics, and business intelligence concepts • Proficiently use Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools (e.g., O365).
