📋 Description

• Lead large-scale industrial construction projects across the United States • Manage capital expenditure projects with extended project durations in power generation and other heavy industrial markets • Ensure safe execution, exceptional client satisfaction, strong financial performance, and on-time delivery • Lead project teams and manage subcontractors • Oversee project budgets and forecasts • Administer contracts and change orders • Serve as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in industrial construction • Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $100M • Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management • Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and drive project success • Power generation construction experience strongly preferred • Experience in pulp & paper, chemical, or heavy industrial manufacturing is a plus • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered • OSHA 30 certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire • NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
