📋 Description

• Own project performance (safety, cost, quality, and schedule) and serve as the client’s day-to-day point of contact while reporting results to an Area or Project Manager. • Lead daily safety briefings, job-site audits, and incident investigations. • Develop and update detailed work plans, manpower forecasts, and look-ahead schedules. • Allocate crew assignments and verify craft competency. • Lead and direct crews and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project scope and expectations. • Ensure documentation including daily reports, time entries, and permits are complete and accurate. • Actively manage schedules to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines. • Monitor labor hours, material usage, and change orders to control project budget. • Ensure all work complies with customer specifications, industry codes, and internal standards. • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers and maintain open communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman in industrial environments. • Deep knowledge of NEC, electrical installation standards, and construction practices. • Strong understanding of electrical services, construction methods, and relevant safety regulations. • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Lotus Notes preferred. • Occasional bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching.
