📋 Description

• Become a Tekmetric Product Expert • Guide new single-location auto repair shops through onboarding from contract close to go-live, including account setup and data migration • Build relationships with shop owners and serve as their primary contact during their first six months • Lead customer calls and hands-on training sessions to drive Tekmetric adoption • Monitor product usage and drive best practices and improvements in key system metrics • Own customer risks and escalations, including stalled implementations and unresponsive customers • Accurately document activity and progress throughout the customer journey • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams on customer feedback and de-escalation • Reinforce Tekmetric as the industry standard for customer service and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or other customer-facing roles • Proven ability to manage concurrent client onboarding timelines, track milestones, and drive product adoption without direct supervision • Ability to lead customer-facing calls and explain complex details with simplicity and clarity • Strong time-management and organizational skills, including maintaining documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle • Ability to work through ambiguity or change while keeping client progress moving forward • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus, but not required • Automotive industry experience or knowledge is appreciated, but not required • Bachelor’s degree preferred
