📋 Description

• Provide external and internal callers with timely, accurate, customer-focused disability, life, and/or leave claim information • Solicit information needed to document new claim submissions, ongoing claims, and other applicable situations • Record detailed summaries of exchanged information in the claims system • Issue timely and accurate claim acknowledgement correspondence • Process incoming documents with high coding integrity and distribute them immediately • Remain compliant with operational standards • Meet or exceed call center operational metrics • Provide caring, empathetic customer service and earn callers’ trust • Anticipate customer needs and take appropriate action

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of call center experience • Experience working with financial or healthcare claims • High volume inbound call experience • Ability to work one of the stated EST shifts: 8AM–4:30PM, 8:30AM–5PM, 9AM–5:30PM, 10AM–6:30PM, or 11AM–7:30PM
