📋 Description

• Resolve a backlog of over 6,400 professional insurance claims • Work denied, underpaid, rejected, and unpaid claims • Perform payer follow-up • Handle appeals, rebills, and claim corrections • Resolve patient and insurance accounts within eClinicalWorks (eCW) • Use payer portals for insurance claim resolution • Work independently with minimal training

🎯 Requirements

• Recent hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience • 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience • Professional billing experience • Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up experience • Denial management experience • Experience with payer portals and insurance claim resolution • Ability to work independently with minimal training • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST • Ability to work 40 hours/week
