📋 Description

• Conduct insurance investigations and verify coverage information • Review and process patient assistance applications and supporting documentation • Assess patient financial information and determine eligibility • Communicate application status and outcomes to patients and healthcare providers • Deliver high-quality customer service while handling complex patient inquiries • Maintain accurate documentation and case records • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance verification experience (required) • 5+ years of call center/customer support experience (required) • High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong knowledge of insurance benefits and eligibility verification • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in challenging situations • Experience handling sensitive patient information in a HIPAA-compliant environment • Availability for assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST • Training availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST for approximately 6–10 weeks • No planned time off during the training period
