📋 Description

• Assist patients with billing, EOB, deductible, Medicare, and insurance questions • Research accounts and resolve basic billing issues • Update insurance information • Handle high-volume calls while providing compassionate customer service • Support a major Epic transition • Help patients navigate billing and insurance questions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare billing/customer service experience • 2+ years of Epic experience within revenue cycle/business office operations • Strong communication skills • Problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently • Eligibility to work remotely from one of the listed states
