📋 Description

• Assist patients with billing, explanation of benefits (EOB), deductible, Medicare, and insurance questions • Research patient accounts and resolve basic billing issues • Update insurance information • Handle high-volume calls while providing compassionate customer service • Support a major Epic transition

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare billing/customer service experience • 3+ years of Epic experience within revenue cycle/business office operations • Strong communication skills • Problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently • Must be located in one of the selected states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin
