📋 Description

• Make up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a call center environment • Work fully remotely from anywhere while working Central Time • Work flexible hours between 8:30am CST and 8:30pm CST • Provide customer service and customer support through outbound calls • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google, and other technology • Work as a contract Pharmacy Technician based out of Nashville, Tennessee

🎯 Requirements

• Active CpHT Certification - or equivalent certification (this will be verified) • Experience in a call center role • High School Diploma or GED • CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co • Medical Assistant Certs NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP) • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google; ability to learn new technology • 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls • Must be proficient in English and a second language for bilingual roles • Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese are major pluses
