📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing systems • Troubleshoot hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues • Support user administration and account management within Active Directory • Assist with Microsoft Exchange-related support requests • Escalate complex issues when appropriate while ensuring excellent customer communication • Document resolutions and maintain accurate support records

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Help Desk or Desktop Support experience • Experience supporting users in an Active Directory environment • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Ability to think critically and work through unique technical challenges • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Preferred: Local to the Tallahassee, FL area • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise-level environments • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time
