📋 Description

• Collaborates with team members to design and deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that support learner success • Contributes to a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality learning experiences • Works with SMEs and internal partners to gather information and support training development • Supports the development of training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced e-learning, and blended learning formats • Develops interactive training content across a variety of formats • Applies instructional design principles to support content development, storyboarding, and curriculum updates • Develops learning content using various tools which may include Articulate 360, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond or similar platforms • Create step-by-step tutorials and learner support with the end user in mind • Supports LMS-related activities such as course testing, uploads, learner support, and maintenance as needed • Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality content • Facilitates training when needed and pilots new curriculum when applicable • Keeps current with learning technologies and instructional design practices and shares ideas with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 2+ years of relevant instructional design, learning development, or related experience • Experience in developing e-learning content using various tools which may include Articulate 360, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond or similar tools • Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) • Familiarity with instructional design and content development processes, including storyboarding, content development, delivery, and learner support • Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with guidance as needed • Strong collaboration and written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products
