📋 Description

• Review intake records for completeness • Transfer information to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) • Schedule appointments • Assess video readiness • Communicate with healthcare team members and members • Maintain health information in compliance with corporate and federal regulations • Take full medical histories, including medications • Document biometric screenings • Identify needed preventive measures • Prepare EHR charts before visits • Assist nursing staff in preparing care plans • Contribute to efficient virtual care products and services for Teladoc Health members

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 2+ years of college preferred • 2+ years Medical Assistant experience • LPN/LVN or Nursing Student training helpful • Customer service experience required • EHR experience preferred • Video conferencing experience preferred • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft software • Strong time management skills • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment in a growing company • Active Medical Assistant Certification required • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
