📋 Description

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic care • Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality service • Maintain timely, accurate clinical records according to regulatory and company standards • Support patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions • Participate in staff meetings • Contribute to development of virtual care models • Collaborate with medical and product teams on new mental health solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting • Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat patients independently • Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program • Experience assessing, diagnosing, and preparing treatment plans • Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and passion for improving mental wellness • Comfortable using electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening are part of the hiring process
