📋 Description
• Focused on end-to-end solution delivery for client needs throughout the client lifecycle • Lead and support the execution of projects, including discovery, analysis, solution planning and delivery • Analyze, interpret, and validate client requests • Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up and thorough communication
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional and client-facing experience and/or direct project management experience • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong project management skills • A metrics-driven approach • Experience within the healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems • Official PMP Certification a plus • Multi-lingual is a plus (proficient in English)
