📋 Description

• Develop and execute subcontract strategies aligned with program and organizational objectives • Manage subcontracting risks and ensure compliance with procurement policies • Lead negotiations to establish subcontract agreements with favorable terms and conditions • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle and ensure adherence to agreed terms • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance using defined metrics • Conduct regular reviews and audits of subcontractors • Ensure subcontractors meet delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost requirements • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program management teams • Identify subcontracting risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies • Manage multiple Government procurements supporting multiple Government Programs • Explain, interpret, and communicate policies, procedures, and practices to internal and external customers • Provide guidance and assistance to other employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related subcontracts experience • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related subcontracts experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related subcontracts experience • Knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, assembly and ATP processes • Experience interpreting program management, engineering and supplier demands in a continuously changing environment with minimal guidance • Working capability in MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word • Experience supporting supplier contracts above the TINA ($2M) with minimal guidance • Ability to travel 25% to supplier site locations
