📋 Description

• Promote commercial and operational success by collaborating with operational departments to ensure appropriate budget development for clinical change orders • Interface with Business Development, Finance, Contract Development, Global Project Managers, and Regional Project Managers to achieve accurate and appropriate budgets • Manage the budget development lifecycle for Change Order budgets throughout the study • Involve appropriate contributors, set budget development schedules, coordinate and collate input, and meet final budget timelines • Identify, assess, resolve, and/or escalate issues as needed • Prepare resource and service fees using algorithms and electronic spreadsheets • Assist with departmental reviews, analyze final costs, and provide stakeholder feedback • Interact with or present Change Order budgets to customers when requested

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent, preferably in Sciences or Business Administration/Marketing, from an accredited institution • Minimum five years of relevant industry experience, including at least three years in the budget development process • Understanding of CRO services and clinical trial processes and procedures • Good mathematics skills, including calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages • Ability to apply basic accounting and finance concepts • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
