📋 Description

• Review data carefully for accuracy and identify and escalate discrepancies • Process participant distributions from 401(k) accounts promptly and accurately • Resolve discrepancies and maintain high-quality data for reporting and operations • Facilitate communication between teams to resolve customer inquiries • Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency • Develop proficiency in operational processes and provide day-to-day support • Offer insights for process improvement • Complete project tasks on time and support project leads • Maintain high-quality standards in deliverables • Troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate records, track trends, and communicate key metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred) • Strong attention to detail • Good organizational skills • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong aptitude for working with numbers • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively • Basic problem-solving abilities • Interest in research and learning • Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements • Basic reconciliation skills (nice to have) • Bachelor's Degree (nice to have)
