📋 Description
• Work with a healthcare team to provide patients with exceptional primary care services virtually via video and phone communication channels • Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate • Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients • Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regimens • Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes • Consistently meet or exceed clinical quality and patient care standards • Record complete, timely and legible medical records
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years post-residency experience as a Primary Care Physician in a clinical setting • Active NY and/or TX physician licensure highly desired • ABMS board certification in primary care or related field • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school • Must hold a minimum of 3 active, unrestricted State Medical Practitioner licenses • No disciplinary actions within the last 5 years • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) eligible • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
