📋 Description

• Independently provide clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports • Develop person-centered recovery plans • Collaborate with other services and agencies • May supervise unlicensed staff clinically • Supervise interns virtually, with in-person supervision optional • Support individuals in a 24/7 voluntary crisis stabilization program using a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented approach • Assess mental health crises and connect individuals with resources to prevent future crises

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university • Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting • Licensure: LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LPCC, QMHP, or QMHA • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment, and maintain current certification throughout employment • Successful completion of applicable post-offer physical examination • Successful completion of 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis • Acceptable criminal background clearances and excluded party sanctions • Degree or license verification • Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance with the applicant listed as a driver • Willingness to use a personal vehicle and company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups • Willingness to supervise interns virtually
