📋 Description

• Evaluate and manage a wide range of liver conditions, including fatty liver disease, Hepatitis B and C, cirrhosis and chronic liver disease, elevated LFTs or abnormal liver imaging, and autoimmune liver disease • Provide longitudinal care via telehealth platform • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Advanced Practice Providers, as applicable • Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the EPIC EMR • Collaborate with other specialists and care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care • Maintain compliance with TeleMed2U clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board Certified in Gastroenterology with Hepatology focus • Active, unrestricted medical license in NM a PLUS • Experience or interest in APP supervision • Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care • EMR Experience - EPIC • Schedule availability Monday–Friday during normal business hours in MT Time Zone
