• Responsible for the successful development of diagnostic-related products for the diagnosis of cancer • Creating, implementing, managing and executing the drug development plan • Leading a cross-functional team including manufacturing, non-clinical, clinical, quality and regulatory • Ensuring successful execution of all product development plans within project timelines and budget • Acting as the primary point of contact for the programs and ensuring good communication
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD strongly preferred • 10+ years’ pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including direct experience in oncology drug development required • 5+ years’ project and budget management experience • Non-clinical through Phase 4 experience an asset • Diagnostics experience preferred • An understanding of the regulatory environment in the US, EU and APAC • Experience working as part of, and managing, a cross-functional team • Line management experience strongly preferred
