📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned business improvement initiatives • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status tracking • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them to leadership with recommendations • Conduct data analysis and research to support business cases, process improvements, and initiatives • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into materials supporting cross-functional and leadership decision-making • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and summaries for Business Improvement leadership • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to structured problem-solving • Define and document process changes, ensuring clear hand-offs and adoption • Coordinate across functions and business units to align interdependent workstreams • Facilitate working sessions and project meetings, ensuring clear actions, ownership, and follow-up • Build stakeholder relationships to support progress and remove day-to-day roadblocks • Apply project-management standards, tracking mechanisms, and documentation • Support governance and reporting processes within the Business Improvement Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent in STEM or business-related field + 5 years of experience in analytical, strategy, operations, project management, or business improvement roles • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-functional and cross-BU stakeholders • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously and coordinating work across cross-functional resources • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience conducting primary and secondary research, data analysis, and documentation to support business cases, operational improvements, and decision-making • Proven ability to operate with limited direction, manage ambiguity, and influence outcomes through structured thinking and collaboration • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or MedTech preferred • Management Consulting, Investment Banking, PE/VC or internal advisory experience a plus • Strong communication skills • Collaboration skills • Resilience and adaptability • Inclusive mindset • Ethical behavior • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
