📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and expand peer-to-peer scientific relationships with National, Regional, and Local Key Opinion Leaders, investigators, and healthcare stakeholders • Independently align and execute territory-level Medical Affairs activities supporting the Medical Affairs Strategic Plan and organizational priorities • Collect, analyze, and communicate actionable field insights, unmet needs, research gaps, and emerging scientific trends • Support clinical development programs by facilitating site engagement, accelerating patient recruitment, enhancing retention, and identifying study opportunities • Serve as a scientific resource and subject matter expert through accurate, balanced, clinically meaningful scientific exchange • Represent Medical Affairs at scientific congresses, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other medical forums • Facilitate and support Medical Education Grant and Investigator-Initiated Research processes in accordance with company policies • Collaborate with Clinical Development, Commercial, Medical Communications, Market Access, and Clinical Operations while maintaining compliance boundaries • Contribute to publication planning, advisory boards, investigator meetings, training programs, and other medical and scientific activities • Lead or represent Medical Affairs in strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and organizational priorities • Mentor and support MSL colleagues by sharing best practices, scientific expertise, and field insights • Provide strategic recommendations based on field intelligence, competitive landscape assessments, and evolving standards of care

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, DE, MD, DC • Advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) required • Minimum 5 years Medical Science Liaison experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry • Ability to operate autonomously and execute Medical Affairs strategy across an assigned territory • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare stakeholders • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and clinical data • Experience operating within a highly regulated healthcare environment and adhering to industry regulations and compliance requirements • Understanding of Medical Affairs functions, evidence generation, scientific exchange, and insight collection • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Preferred: Specialized training or experience in GU oncology, nuclear medicine, radiology, radiopharmaceuticals, theranostics, or related disciplines • Preferred: Established KOL network within oncology, preferably GU oncology and/or nuclear medicine • Preferred: Experience supporting oncology products, clinical development programs, and investigator-sponsored research across Phase I-III development • Preferred: Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, theranostics, or related oncology technologies • Preferred: Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, strategic initiative ownership, cross-functional influence, or subject matter expertise • Preferred: Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, patient journeys, treatment landscapes, and evolving standards of care • Preferred: Experience evaluating scientific literature, competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and emerging clinical data • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Medical Affairs technology platforms • Preferred: Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding strategic and operational objectives • Additional Senior MSL-Specific Competencies: 8+ years Medical Science Liaison experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry • Inclusive mindset, creativity and innovation, commitment to excellence, results orientation, ethical behavior, adaptability, strong communication, collaboration, resilience, continuous learning, and attention to detail
