• Provide operational support for multiple contracts/programs related to data collection, analysis, and reporting • Provide subject matter knowledge and support in data analysis and in the design and development of products or services supporting contract deliverables • Conduct professional communications and support public outreach strategies • Research and resolve issues in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction • Provide input on business and functional requirements for software products and services, including enhancements • Complete tasks and deliverables on time • Create and update documentation in multiple formats, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, established processes, and compliance • Perform product/project-level validation to identify issues and recommend changes • Support live or recorded training sessions • Assist with knowledge-sharing presentations • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Ability to pass an extensive background check by CMS and prime per contract requirements • Four-year degree in business, health care, IT and/or equivalent training and/or experience • 1-3 years experience in related field • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products and other PC-based software products • Basic knowledge and experience with database applications, data trending/graphics and reporting tools • Highly proficient with professional communications, including CMS, and thorough understanding of CMS branding guidelines • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, taking initiative, handling multiple tasks with little direction or advanced notice • Attention to detail is a must • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous editing skills with strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Ability to adapt content and tone across diverse social media channels while maintaining brand consistency • Flexibility with demanding deadlines • Ability to pivot direction easily • Active EUA ID preferred • General knowledge/understanding of the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program • Federal government knowledge and experience preferred • Candidates must reside in a state where Telligen maintains a business presence • Telligen will not provide sponsorship for this position; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future cannot be considered
