• Provide program leadership on complex healthcare measurement projects, analytic deliverables, and technical implementations for a state Medicaid program • Collaborate with all entities involved in the program • Serve as liaison between Telligen project leadership and the customer • Oversee cross-functional clinical data program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards • Coordinate between internal Telligen program, analytic, and technical teams • Serve as subject matter expert and lead a large portfolio of clinical data measures • Gather and define business requirements • Provide analytic insights and manage technical and analytic direction for projects • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of measure results to clients • Ensure adherence to state and national standards • Coordinate workflows and research activities to investigate data source accuracy and completeness • Synthesize analytic insights with business questions and policy knowledge • Develop solutions supporting strategy development, program implementation, and evaluation • Manage technical support channels for internal and external customers • Provide guidance on measure interpretation and technical issues • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Four-year degree in Health Information Systems, health care, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field, and/or equivalent training and/or experience • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate data quality • Demonstrated experience with healthcare data, including EHR, eCQMs, and/or claims • Applied knowledge of healthcare quality measurement, value-based payment programs, and regulatory reporting, including HEDIS, CMS Core Measures, and/or TJC • Intermediate knowledge of Excel • 3+ years leading projects • Positions working specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance • Expertise in the subject matter of the program • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
