📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments • Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans targeting meaningful outcomes • Provide competency-based supervision and mentorship to RBTs • Ensure treatment protocols are implemented with high fidelity and clinical rigor • Analyze visual data to monitor client progress • Modify instructional protocols and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in real time • Collaborate with the Tellos administrative team on clinical documentation and medical necessity • Partner with families through collaboration and parent coaching • Ensure skills generalize to the home environment • Uphold professional practice and client dignity in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Active Georgia LBA strongly preferred • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field • Strong desire for autonomy and discipline to manage an independent schedule • Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection • Located in Georgia • Ability to make clinical decisions regarding in-person support versus clinically appropriate telehealth • Must uphold the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
