📋 Description

• Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture strategies aligned to business, regulatory, and security objectives. • Advise clients on platform operating models, governance structures, and multi-year ServiceNow roadmaps. • Ensure architectural alignment across IT, OT, AI, security, risk, and compliance domains. • Evaluate and rationalize existing architectures, integrations, and asset models. • Establish enterprise asset management strategies spanning IT, OT, cloud, SaaS, and AI systems. • Define architectural patterns for asset lifecycle, ownership, criticality, and dependency management. • Ensure asset intelligence directly supports IRM, SecOps, operational resilience, and AI governance outcomes. • Architect governance-first approaches to: Security Operations enablement, Enterprise and operational risk management, AI system inventory, oversight, and control. • Define architectural standards, guardrails, and design principles for ServiceNow environments. • Review and approve solution architectures across programs and delivery teams. • Support internal sales and client account teams in identifying IRM opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – required. • 12+ years of ServiceNow experience with enterprise-scale architecture • Demonstrated leadership in enterprise architecture, platform governance, and multi-domain integration. • Experience advising executives and regulators in critical infrastructure or highly regulated sectors. • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, and EAM as architectural building blocks. • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency; onshore-only engagement capability. • Willing to travel up to 50%
