📋 Description

• Research, design, and deploy cutting-edge multimodal AI models for clinical care and drug development • Design and train state-of-the-art models using pathology slides, genomic profiles, spatial omics, and longitudinal patient records • Develop AI solutions supporting biomarker discovery, therapy outcome prediction, and Companion Diagnostics (CDx) • Ensure AI products meet stringent healthcare regulatory guidelines and quality standards • Publish original research in high-impact venues • Engage with the global AI research community • Lead end-to-end machine learning model development from research and experimentation through validation and production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related quantitative field • 1+ years of industry experience leading end-to-end development of machine learning models • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale deep learning and training production-grade models • Experience in computer vision and multimodal modeling is preferred • Prior work in medical or healthcare AI is highly valued but not required • Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in leading machine learning or computer vision venues • Publications in medical or healthcare AI venues are preferred • Proficiency in Python and the modern deep learning stack, such as PyTorch • Strong product-level coding skills for model development • Solid understanding of industry-standard software engineering and development practices
