📋 Description

• Provide leadership and serve as the single point of contact for projects, ensuring timely deliverables and alignment with business objectives. • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. • Oversee cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and stakeholders. • Coordinate with clients to understand business processes and support requirements gathering. • Lead teams across data management, data analytics, and business intelligence functions. • Collaborate with Acquisition Personnel to determine and leverage data sources for actionable visualizations and reports monitoring client cost, schedule, and performance objectives. • Direct Power BI data integration efforts and guide development of interactive dashboards and visualizations. • Prioritize tasks and deliverables independently to meet high-level objectives. • Direct project teams, develop work schedules, conduct weekly status meetings, track issues and progress, and report concerns to the Client. • Ensure data integrity, availability, and quality across systems. • Conduct monthly project reviews with Senior Leaders. • Respond to requests for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 2 hours of notification.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical/business field. • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain an active Public Trust clearance or higher. • Minimum of 10 years of experience providing leadership and governance for complex technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical solutions within federal organizations. • Proven track record leading data warehousing and business intelligence projects. • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical skills to solve and understand business requirements. • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology. • Proven problem solving, time management and organizational skills. • Ability to interpret data, perform predictive and prescriptive analytics, and generate actionable insights. • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and project management platforms like Jira or MS Project. • PMP (Preferred). • CSM (Preferred). • Availability by telephone between 8am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, with ability to respond to technical problem requests within 2 hours.
