📋 Description

• Support Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS) engagements • Understand business requirements, analyze business processes and gaps, and recommend Oracle EBS solutions • Design and configure Oracle EBS modules based on approved designs • Support the lifecycle from requirements and configuration through testing, deployment, production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement • Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces, integrations, customizations, data fixes, migrations, and enhancements • Review functional and technical specifications • Prepare functional and configuration documentation • Participate in testing and UAT • Support data validation and reconciliation • Conduct user training • Work directly with clients, business stakeholders, and business users • Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate closely with functional and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Oracle EBS Functional experience • Should be based out of nearshore (US) location like Mexico, LATAM, or Argentina • Experience with Oracle EBS implementation and/or AMS projects • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS configuration, setup, and maintenance • Strong understanding of business processes relevant to the candidate's functional specialization • Ability to analyze functional issues and identify whether the root cause is related to configuration, data, process, customization, or integration • Experience with SQL / PL-SQL or similar querying and reporting tools • Experience working with technical teams on reports, interfaces, integrations, customizations, and data corrections • Experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data-quality activities • Experience with incident, change, and problem management in AMS environments • Strong experience in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work directly with clients and business users • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one Oracle EBS functional area: Source to Pay (S2P), Human Resources / HRMS, or Projects / Project-to-Report
