📋 Description

• Participate in a remote video interview about the company's benefits strategy • Describe the current process for evaluating and renewing corporate health plans • Explain how the organization approaches pharmacy benefits management • Share feedback on factors driving purchasing decisions during renewal cycles • React to hypothetical plan structures and discuss their feasibility for the workforce • Discuss pharmacy benefit managers and broader health networks • Provide insights into financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs

🎯 Requirements

• Senior HR, Total Rewards, or Benefits professional at a larger organization • Direct decision-making authority or significant influence over health insurance purchasing • Direct involvement in selecting or managing health insurance and pharmacy benefit plans • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations • Comfortable discussing financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs • Target profile includes VP of Total Rewards, Directors of Benefits, and Senior HR Business Partners handling vendor negotiations • Mid-market to enterprise company experience
