📋 Description

• Create new billing accounts within the system to ensure accurate customer records • Compare property address data across multiple spreadsheets and the system of record to identify and log billing rebate matches • Update billing rebate reports monthly and quarterly • Log in to National Account customer portals to monitor and track technician service activity • Identify incomplete service work orders and flag them for follow-up • Compile and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors • Ensure all work orders are completed and ready for billing • Maintain data accuracy across Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Process daily and monthly billing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree or related field OR equivalent years of experience • Equivalent years of experience defined as one year of related-professional experience for each year of college requested • Proven experience in administrative support or a relevant data entry or reporting role • Demonstrated experience managing and comparing large data sets • Experience navigating customer portals or similar digital service platforms • Experience managing corporate billing and invoicing • Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Tableau and/or QlikView • High attention to detail • Strong proficiency in managing complex data sets across multiple platforms • Ability to work within customers' residences, property, and places of business, often unsupervised • Ability to access and handle personal identifiable information and financial records • Ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner
