📋 Description

• Lead safety efforts for the team and promote pre-task planning for all projects. • Monitor and improve project quality standards and practices. • Provide consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery. • Manage project-related risk in accordance with company policies. • Provide senior-level technical direction for routine, unique, and complex projects. • Conceptualize initial designs and investigative approaches for major project phases or assume overall engineering responsibility for moderate-scope projects. • Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate engineering work involving conventional practices and complex design requirements. • Review complex and innovative investigations and supervise analysis and recommendations in client reports. • Lead technical training and make decisions based on state-of-the-art technology issues. • Provide leadership in marketing, sales, and business development. • Supervise less experienced engineers and technical support personnel. • Serve as a Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. • Minimum 8-11 years’ experience. • Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status required. • Master’s degree in Engineering preferred. • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
